Policies

Design Consultations

Design consultations are FREE!
A design consultation is not a commitment to purchase a mum.
If you "no show" a design consultation and schedule another at a future date, there will be a $25 "no show" fee added to any mum you purchase.
Remember to schedule your design consultation and pay your deposit within published deadlines. Failure to pay your deposit within published deadlines may result in a minimum $50 rush fee being added to your order.

Deposits & Payment

An invoice will be issued after your design consultation indicating your total and the 25% NON-REFUNDABLE deposit that is required to put your order into the work queue.
The deposit is applied to your final total.
All invoices with unpaid deposits will be cancelled 72 hours after the invoice is issued.
The invoice balance can be paid at your convenience. The balance must be paid before your mum leaves my door.
I do have a card scanner if you cannot pay online. I can also accept cash in person.

Progress Updates

Please do not ask for progress photos. I do not provide progress photos.

Pickup

Mums are typically ready 24-48 hours prior to homecoming day, typically Wednesday or Thursday for Friday homecomings.

Feel free to schedule a pickup slot for the Wednesday or Thursday prior to your homecoming once you have paid your deposit. I do typically let you know your mum is finished. At this point, you may reschedule for a sooner date if that is more convenient for you. Please remember to cancel your original pickup slot if you reschedule to a different date.

Cancellations & Refunds

Work begins on an order as soon as the 25% NON-REFUNDABLE deposit is paid.

While it is unfortunate, things can happen. Don't panic! There are many simple changes (such as name changes) that can be accommodated right up until pickup. Please reach out as soon as possible so we can find a mutually beneficial solution.

Prior to published order deadlines: Chances are we have started on your order. Cancellations and refunds are handled on a case by case basis in this situation. Please remember that the deposit is still non-refundable.

Within published order deadlines: More than likely, your custom order is in final assembly or may even be finished and awaiting photography and I have already put hours of work into the mum and will not be able to resell a custom mum. NO cancellations will be accepted within this window. Full payment is expected and the mum should be picked up as scheduled.

Changes

Change requests may result in additional fees and be subject to availability before being placed in the work queue.

Damages

We are not responsible for any damages to the mum or garter once it is picked up. If a mum or garter is damaged after pickup and there are repairs needed, additional fees and availability can be discussed.

Returns & Exchanges

All mums and garters are designed specifically for you and the recipient; as such, we do not offer returns or exchanges any item. ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

Sales Tax

Sales tax for Pearland, Texas in Harris County at the rate of 8.25% is include in the purchase price of each item.
